Puran Chand 80 yr Male, Complex Intertrochanteric Fracture

80 years old gentleman  presented to us  with sudden onset  pain around left hip  and inability to walk following a fall from bed. He had been operated 3 months back for intertrochanteric fracture femur. Fresh X-ray shows broken screws with displaced fracture and plates.

He had undergone revision surgery in form of removal of broken screws and displaced plate and open reduction and fixation with new longer plate has been done.

Now patient has become pain free and has been mobilized with the help of walker.
