Complex Primary Total Hip Replacement

Shiv Charan, 38 years old gentleman presented with complaints of pain in right hip and difficulty in walking for last 2 yrs. He had a history of injury 2 yrs back and sustained fracture neck of femur right side, subsequently for which he was operated elsewhere. He had developed silent infection at operated side after 1st surgery and implant removal was done.

Now he has undergone Cemented Total Hip Replacement. He has been discharged and is walking comfortably without limp and pain. His shortening of right leg has also been corrected.
